The Nash Central Middle School Quiz Bowl Team (Tadren Anderson, Marissa Battle, Michael Ferris, and Colton Wiggs) went 5-1 in its six matches Saturday, March 2nd, against Chaloner Middle (from Roanoke Rapids), GR Edwards Middle, and Southern Nash Middle Schools, winning the North Carolina Association for Scholastic Activities (NCASA) East Regional Quiz Bowl Tournament Championship, held at Rocky Mount High School.
